The Complete Books & Bosses Curriculum
The Keitt Institute’s Books & Bosses Initiative is a four-part experience that takes college women through our 4-P System of Empowerment! In session one, college women will learn the power of their personality. In session two, they will discover the purpose of their lives. Session three will allow them to delve into the power of their purse! And session four will empower college women to have healthy people relationships.

A 30+ year media veteran - JENNIFER KEITT is widely known as one of the most passionate, engaging, and powerful voices on the airwaves. Jennifer reaches listeners every week through a variety of programs working to empower, educate, equip and encourage women and men, both young and old. Jennifer is the nationally syndicated host of Today’s Black Woman Radio Show. For more than three years, Jennifer and her husband Tony took listeners on a curated journey of love and life through Atlanta with “SLOW JAMS” on Kiss 104.1FM.
One of Jennifer’s biggest passions is “THE KEITT INSTITUTE.” Founded with her oldest daughter Morgan, Jennifer is working to develop strong, whole, productive and successful people with the non-profit. The Keitt Institute has three major focuses: #StrongGirls™ programming for high school juniors and seniors; Books & Bosses™ for college women; and The PowerHER™ Experience which is programming that empowers adult women. Thousands of young adults, professionals, moms, entrepreneurs and women from all walks of life have benefitted from the institute’s live event experiences, trainings and webinars aimed at the seven core areas of their lives.
Jennifer currently lives in Atlanta with her husband Tony. She has four adult children spread across the country. She holds a Bachelor in Broadcast Journalism and a Master of Arts in Practical Theology. She is a certified Human Behavior Consultant, an executive life coach and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education with a concentration in character education.
